When i read any books related to health, the most common
words I see is “Know what you eat”, “Food Is the Medicine”... These days most
of the foods we eat are processed by injection, Chemical fertilizers, these not
only make the human body weak but also degrades quality of Indian soil. So I started
to learn more about the foods i eat. First I started with the dairy products.
When I read the book on “The white revolution” I came to know the real fact and
how white revolution screwed the world and affected the people health...One
such case is injections are giving to the cows to produce large quantity of
milk to serve the humans and the cow calf are put in hunger state without giving
milk (Normal Indian Cow produces only 2 litre of milk).. In this case, not only
cow is getting affected but also the humans who drink the milk as the cow milk
contains the chemical which was injected before. The day when I read this, I stopped
having dairy products and the food which contain dairy products and started exploring
on Moving towards Raw Vegan. After hearing this wife started to have cold war
with me like you won’t get any energy if you don’t have dairy products and I tried
to convince her telling that there are alternative foods from which I can get
the necessary vitamins. No Luck...
In school days, we learnt different kinds of vitamins and
the food rich in vitamins, proteins, Carbohydrates and fats. But I don’t how
many of them remember this as we are used to eating junk foods rather than
healthy foods. The human survival age is getting reduced day by day... To prove
my words to my wife, I started to work on document which lists the Kinds of vitamins,
protein, Carbohydrates, fats and the vegan foods rich in it... Through surfing in
the internet, I collected few details and sharing it in my blog... As I said,
we already read about this in our school days but it’s worth looking it once
again and dieting ourselves in eating healthy foods…
“For every animal product we eat, there is an alternate veg
diet”… I am stepping in to Vegan World...
