Improvisation of Internet Mail box -- Few Tips i followed

Keeping the mail box clean is one of the toughest job, number of mails keeps flooding every day including newsletters, spams... I never used to delete the read mails which was not important to me in future and also kept unread mails which was useless, I also created accounts in various sites like inbox.com, Hotmail.com, rediffmail.com, gmail.com but later on realizing why I need these many accounts just for mails I deleted most of the accounts and kept only 2 , one for official and one for personnel..

When I started cleaning my gmail account inbox, I made a strong resolution that maximum number of mails in inbox should be only 4 to 5...After working on weekends now, the inbox looks clean and neat, it’s like "More number of unwanted things in living room looks dirty, so either stuff things in their respective room or trash them..."  Here are few things i followed ..

Setup rules, filters, or labels: Create new rules, so that mails are directly navigated to respective folders... If any mails from unwanted persons comes, deleting it directly through rules. Filtering out the common spam words… In future it will be helpful, if you want to search some important mails.

Deleting mails after reading: After reading emails, either I will delete it or star them if important. If any response to be communicated I make them as unread.

Unsubscribe from newsletters: Disabling the notifications from Facebook, twitter which actually avoids so many mails flowing in to inbox... If I subscribed any new letters and later I feel which is not important for now , gone ahead and Unsubscribe it.

Clean up the trash and spam folder often

Keep it simple : Many times people over complicate their e-mail by creating dozens of different folders to help organize their e-mails. Keep it simple don't have dozens of different folders to organize your e-mail into.

Travel Light - Pack Smart

I tend to stuff more in the luggage back while going to hometown, traveling for a casual trip or business trip to other country. At the end I end up in wasting too much of energy in carrying the luggage where most of the stuffs will not used in the trip. So I started to explore the ways to optimize the luggage space and the stuff needs to go in to the luggage back which avoids burden. Wherever I read for alternate options it’s said “Travel light”. By traveling light, we end in carrying stuff which really needed for the trip and saving the fuel of the vehicle too… “What if someone puts a heavy load on your back and ask you to carry , U waste huge amount of energy , need energy drinks to replenish the body strength (Water , energy drinks) ..Same applies for vehicle, putting too much weight in car decreases the fuel efficiency and end in filling too much of petrol which takes too much of money from your pocket. For instance, If everyone traveling onsite “Travel Light”, more fuel w
